Wine New Zealand Hall 1, ASB Showgrounds, Greenland, Auckland Wine New Zealand is the leading trade only event for the New Zealand hospitality and wine industries and the exclusive hospitality business event endorsed by the New Zealand Winegrowers Association. The traditional tasting forum displays the largest selection of New Zealand wines in the world, ranging from large commercial wineries through to boutique vineyards. Tickets cost $20 daily with early bird registration. First Glass Marlborough Wine Options 1pm at Marlborough Convention Centre, Blenheim. Team of four people compete to win the title of Marlborough Wine Options Champions, bottles of Grange Hermitage and free entry into next year's National Final in Auckland. Plus prizes for runner-up, best costume and best team name. At least two members in each team must live in the Marlborough region. Entry fee $240 per team. Spectators ($20 p.p.) welcome on the day.
